My Favourite Plants Shop : Gardenia

If you love flowers and you want to have some greens in your house or a bouquet of flowers please check out Gardenia. This place is so beautiful, not only it is very well organised, the plants they sell are affordable. Located in  Sulaimnaiya, on Arbat Highway, in between the Family Mall and the roundabout, next to Garaji Jidzaka, the place is like a heaven of flower to me.

Gardenia has several sections such: as an open space for the outdoor plants, a green house for the indoor plants and nursery, a room with a beautiful interior design combined with flowers arrangement and a room for the cashiers and planting equipments.

Most of the flowers are imported from the Netherland, but you can also find a local type of plants. They also sell soil and different kinds of pots and the people there speak English. Secret Garden

The view from our balcony "is not that beautiful" especially during the hot summer as the land is so dry and not so many "living things" to see around. The large "abandoned" field around my apartment complex is actually could turn into a beautiful garden but the authority prefers to burn it to keep away wild animals and insects. It really looks like an  "almost dead" environment and it makes me sad.

I started to make my own little garden although it is a little bit of a struggle to keep my plants growing. I collected the seeds from various fruits and vegetables that we eat such as lemon, orange, grape and tomato. My hubby bought me two packs of flower seeds and soils. I also had some seeds from Indonesia. They were a present from a department store which conducted tree planting campaign. We had no idea what kind of seeds they are, we are only able to know after they grow. Interesting huh...I re-use  plastic bottles and juice cartons to grow those seeds. I hope they can grow well. As they are big and strong enough, I will transplant them to the "abandoned" field around our apartment complex.
